Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Arrovia Health, Inc. (“Arrovia”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of the website at arroviahealth.com, our mobile experiences and our diagnostic-testing services (together, the “Service”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Arrovia account, booking a test or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal guardian of someone for whom you are booking) and that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of services

Arrovia provides clinical diagnostic services including at-home phlebotomy, in-lab visits, sample analysis and the delivery of clinician-verified reports. All services are provided through licensed Arrovia staff or accredited laboratory partners.

3. Account registration

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Booking, payments & refunds

• Prices for individual tests and packages are displayed at the time of booking. Arrovia reserves the right to change prices for future bookings, but never for orders already confirmed.
• Payment is processed through PCI-DSS-compliant providers (Stripe). Arrovia never stores your full card number on its servers.
• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled slot. Cancellations inside the 2-hour window or no-shows incur a $25 service fee.
• If a sample cannot be processed because of preanalytical issues caused by Arrovia, we re-collect at no additional cost.

5. Medical disclaimer

Lab results delivered by Arrovia are diagnostic information, not medical advice. They are intended to support clinical decision-making by you and your healthcare provider. Do not use Arrovia reports as a substitute for consultation with a licensed clinician.

Specifically: nothing on the Service constitutes the practice of medicine, nursing or any professional health care. Arrovia is not liable for any action you take, or fail to take, on the basis of a report received through the Service.

6. Use of the Service

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false information or impersonate any person.
• Use the Service for fraud, harassment, spam or any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security or networks of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or to Arrovia’s infrastructure.
• Resell, redistribute or otherwise commercialise lab reports issued to another individual.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics and software on the Service belong to Arrovia or its licensors and are protected by US and international intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrovia’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid Arrovia in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Arrovia is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Arrovia and its affiliates against any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give registered users at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
